Prior, hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience is critical to success in this position.The individual will own PMO operations, governance processes, intake workflows, and portfolio reporting, while building a deep understanding of business priorities to deliver meaningful insights, dashboards, and decision support. This role will also help establish a strong PMO foundation with the potential to grow into a team leadership role as the function matures.Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow SPM Ownership & Administration (Critical Focus)Serve as the primary administrator and business owner of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)Perform hands-on configuration, maintenance, and administration of SPM modules, including demand, project, portfolio, resource, and reportingEnsure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across all SPM recordsManage workflows, intake forms, approvals, and system governance within ServiceNowDevelop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting directly within SPMMonitor system usage and drive adoption, usability, and process compliancePartner on enhancements while owning day-to-day system operations and administrationEnsure ServiceNow SPM serves as the single source of truth for portfolio dataPMO Operations & Administration (Primary Day-to-Day Work)Execute and manage core PMO administrative activities, including portfolio tracking, updates, and documentationOwn project intake and demand management workflows, ensuring proper documentation, evaluation, and approvalsPrepare and distribute governance materials, status reports, and executive presentationsCoordinate governance forums, track decisions, and follow up on action itemsMaintain and enforce PMO standards, templates, and processesEnsure high-quality data inputs and reporting consistency across the portfolioDrive operational discipline and adherence to PMO processes across stakeholdersPortfolio Reporting & Strategic InsightsBuild and maintain dashboarding and reporting within ServiceNow SPMTranslate portfolio data into clear, actionable insights for leadershipProvide visibility into portfolio health, delivery performance, risks, and dependenciesSupport Monthly Business Reviews and planning cycles through data-driven reportingDeliver portfolio analysis and recommendations to support prioritization decisionsStrategic Portfolio Management & Business PartnershipPartner with business and IT leaders to understand priorities and ensure alignment of investments to strategySupport portfolio prioritization and governance decision-makingProvide insight into trade-offs, capacity constraints, and investment impactsHelp shape and evolve PMO governance and operating modelResource & Demand CoordinationTrack and manage demand intake pipeline and backlogSupport capacity planning and resource visibility through accurate data and reportingHighlight resource constraints and delivery risks to leadershipPMO Growth & EvolutionContribute to building a scalable PMO in a startup environmentIdentify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automationSupport the future development of a team of project managers and analystsQualificationsExperience (Required)7–10+ years in PMO, portfolio management, program management, or governance rolesDirect, hands-on experience administering ServiceNow SPM / PPM (required and critical)Proven experience managing SPM configurations, workflows, dashboards, and reportingStrong background in PMO operations, reporting, and administrative process managementExperience supporting executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and reportingPreferred ExperienceExperience in a startup or evolving PMO environmentStrong skills in dashboard design, analytics, and portfolio reportingExperience with demand management, intake processes, and resource planningKey CompetenciesServiceNow SPM Administration & OwnershipDetail Orientation & Operational ExcellenceStrategic Thinking & Business AcumenData Analysis & DashboardingProcess Design & GovernanceStakeholder Communication & InfluenceAbility to Operate Independently in a Hands-On RoleSuccess MeasuresEffective administration, adoption, and optimization of ServiceNow SPMHigh-quality, accurate, and timely portfolio data and reportingStrong visibility into portfolio performance and prioritiesWell-executed PMO governance and intake processesImproved decision-making through actionable dashboards and insightsEstablishment of a scalable PMO foundation for future growthAre you ready to join a different kind of company where our people, our culture, and our commitments are centered around providing trusted solutions that improve lives around the world?Total RewardsThe compensation range for this position is $112,700.00 - $169,100.00, depending on experience.
