Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries Direct phone calls to appropriate departments Process customer payments (cash, credit and other digital forms of payment). Balance and reconcile the cash office accounts and bank deposits daily Support the Office Manager and General Manager with general clerical tasks. Attend team meetings and scheduled training sessions Perform other basic administrative tasks as assigned What You'll Bring 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role. 1+ years of experience in a customer service role. Proficient customer service skills over the phone. Positive and upbeat personality with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic knowledge of using CDK (automotive dealership software) Total Rewards The hourly wage range for this position is $19 - $21. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
