Full-Time Ct/X-Ray Technologist Position In Akron, Ohio

Provides high-quality imaging, patient care, and collaboration with physicians at a reputable healthcare facility. Offers competitive pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT and diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
• Ensure proper patient positioning and safety during all imaging processes
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment and report any malfunctions
• Accurately document patient information and imaging results in electronic medical records
• Assist with contrast injections and monitor patients for any reactions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret images
• Maintain compliance with all safety, radiation protection, and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
• Valid Ohio Radiologic License
• BLS certification required
• Willingness to obtain ARRT (CT) certification within a specified period

Preferred Skills:

• ARRT (CT) certification preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in both CT and X-ray imaging preferred
