Del Monte Foods has a powerful portfolio of brands, including the iconic Del Monte®, Contadina® and S&W®. We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Analytics & BI Specialist. The Supply Chain Analytics & BI Specialist role is responsible for delivering data-driven insights that improve supply chain performance, enable strategic decision-making, and optimize operations. This role combines analytics expertise, BI leadership, and cross-functional engagement to drive measurable business outcomes.Accountabilities:Data Analysis and Strategize: Gather and analyze data from various sources within the supply chain, including inventory levels, transportation costs, supplier performance, and demand forecasts. Practice data stewardship and monitor data integrity while performing analytics processes. Utilize statistical techniques and advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive process improvements. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance, such as on-time delivery, lead times, and inventory turnover. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimization, and service level improvement within the supply chain network. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain agility. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing supply chain processes. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain organization. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain analytics and business intelligence. Enhance Power BI and Analytics processes across the supply chain. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, operations, procurement, finance, and IT, to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions that address business needs. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across functional areas to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Skills Required:Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering) Master’s Degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred3+ years of relevant work experience (Supply Chain/Analytics) Relevant work experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Business Intelligence w/in Manufacturing environment Strong proficiency in BI Tools: Power BI (Power Query, DAX), Tableau, or similarAdvanced SQL skills and experience with data modelingExperience working with supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, planning tools)Project Management exp – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables; VLookUps; Formulas; Logic driven) Data Strategies; Process Improvement Strategies Experience implementing or supporting S&OP / IBP processesExperience with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analyticsCPG/Grocery experience ***Please note: This position does not qualify for relocation expenses.***Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is a global leader in the production, distribution, and marketing of fresh and fresh cut fruits and vegetables.
