PROCESS ENGINEER LOCATION: FLORENCE, AL

PAY: $55,000$75,000

This position will be located at Kith Kitchen's brand-new facility in Florence, AL. Successful Process Engineers will be responsible for analysis, development, and implementation of cost savings projects while targeting improvements in quality, utilization, and labor while continuing to improve safety within the facilities. DUTIES Managing multiple projects on an ongoing basis Developing, managing, and communicating project plans Assessing alternatives and making recommendations to management for capital plans Developing Real Data to assess yield improvement opportunities Implementing reliability improvement and plant optimization systems Training, leading, and coaching hourly associates on new processes Managing Lean/Kaizen events for more effective material handling and workstation set-up Implementing Poka Yoke quality processes at critical processes EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE Engineering degree (Industrial, Operations, Mechanical, or Electrical) preferred 5+ years of cabinetry assembly and painting experience preferred NECESSARY SKILLS Strong financial acumen Curious, creative, with solid communication skills Mechanically inclined Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and holds oneself accountable Exposure to/knowledge of: Kaizen, Lean, 5S, Visual Factory, Robotics (Pick and Place), Material Handing, Poka Yoke Kith Kitchens, LLC offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k), Paid Holidays, and Vacation.
