Location: [Magnolia/Conroe/Woodlands/Spring/Houston Area]
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Shifts (Mornings, Evenings, Weekends)

About the Role:

Are you a compassionate, dependable caregiver looking to make a real difference? We’re looking for a Full-Time & Part-Time Direct Care Staff member to work one-on-one with a client in their home. You’ll provide support with simple daily tasks the client cannot manage alone — all in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
✅ Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)
✅ Prepare basic meals and help with feeding if needed
✅ Offer companionship and emotional support
✅ Escort client on walks or appointments if needed
✅ Monitor safety and report concerns to supervisor
✅ Follow care plans and maintain simple documentation
✅ Remind client to take medication (as allowed)

What We’re Looking For:

✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ Previous caregiving or direct care experience preferred
✔ Excellent communication and a caring attitude
✔ Must pass background check and drug screening
✔ Reliable transportation (may be required)
✔ CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to get it (we can help!)
