Learn more on dxc.comKey ResponsibilitiesSAP IBP Solution Design & ImplementationLead full-life-cycle SAP IBP implementations and enhancements.Design and configure SAP IBP solutions across:Demand PlanningSupply PlanningSupply & ResponseInventory OptimizationSales & Operations Planning (S&OP)Control TowerDevelop planning models, key figures, attributes, planning levels, and planning operators.Configure forecasting models and statistical forecasting techniques.Business Process ConsultingAnalyze business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.Recommend best practices for planning processes and supply chain optimization.Drive business process transformation initiatives.Integration & Data ManagementDesign and support integration between SAP IBP and:SAP S/4HANASAP ECCSAP BWSAP EWMSAP TMExternal planning applicationsSupport SAP CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS integration solutions.Ensure data quality, master data governance, and planning data consistency.Testing & DeploymentDevelop functional specifications and test scenarios.Support unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).Coordinate production deployment activities and hypercare support.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with supply chain, operations, manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams.Present solutions and recommendations to client leadership.Provide status updates to project management and executive stakeholders.Support & Continuous ImprovementTroubleshoot system and process issues.Optimize planning processes and improve system performance.Identify opportunities to leverage AI, analytics, and advanced planning capabilities within SAP IBP.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.7+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience.4+ years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience.Experience with at least two full SAP IBP implementations.Strong understanding of:Demand PlanningSupply PlanningInventory OptimizationS&OPForecasting techniquesSupply chain planning processesExperience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred QualificationsSAP IBP Certification.Experience with:SAP PP/DSSAP APO migration projectsSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)SAP Business AISAP BTPControl TowerResponse and SupplyExperience in manufacturing, consumer products, life sciences, retail, or distribution industries.Consulting experience with large global clients.Technical SkillsSAP IBP ModulesDemand PlanningSupply PlanningSupply & ResponseInventory OptimizationS&OPControl TowerIntegration TechnologiesSAP CPI-DSSDICI-DSSAP BTPSAP Cloud IntegrationSAP EcosystemSAP S/4HANASAP ECCSAP BW/4HANASAP EWMSAP TMSAP SACSoft SkillsExecutive-level communicationBusiness process consultingWorkshop facilitationClient relationship managementLeadership and mentoringCross-functional collaborationProblem solving and analytical thinkingNice-to-Have ExperienceAPO to SAP IBP transformation projectsGlobal supply chain redesign initiativesAI-driven forecasting and planning solutionsMulti-country planning deploymentsSupply chain digital transformation programsWork Environment & EligibilityRemote to United StatesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the futureMust be US Citizen or Green Card holder At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
