Field Outreach Specialist: Community Resources Navigator
Block by Block
Block by Block is expanding its Outreach Team in Downtown Nashville. You will build relationships with local social service agencies and guide those in need to crisis intervention resources. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with weekend availability. The role requires lived experience to relate to clients, a TN driver’s license, and strong communication. You will patrol the district by bike or on foot and document incidents in English daily. #J-18808-Ljbffr Block by Block
