Whether you're just starting out in construction or have some experience under your belt, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with their hands, and is eager to learn new skills.

We specialize in residential construction, remodeling, repairs, and property maintenance throughout Southeast Minnesota. From decks and home renovations to interior and exterior improvements, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects while learning from experienced professionals.

No construction experience? No problem! We're willing to train the right person who shows up ready to work, has a great attitude, and wants to grow with our company.

As a Construction Laborer, you'll be an important part of our crew, helping bring projects to life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with residential construction, remodeling, and property maintenance projects

• Helping experienced crew members with framing, decking, painting, drywall, flooring, and other construction tasks

• Loading, unloading, and organizing tools, equipment, and building materials

• Preparing jobsites and keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Using hand tools and power tools safely and responsibly

• Following instructions and working together with the crew to complete projects efficiently

• Learning new construction techniques and developing skills through hands-on experience

• Taking on additional responsibilities as your skills and experience grow

You don't need to know everything about construction to get started, but you do need to bring a great attitude and a willingness to work!

Our ideal candidate:

• Is dependable, punctual, and ready to work each day

• Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing quality work

• Is willing to learn, ask questions, and follow directions

• Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment

• Can perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods

• Is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Understands the importance of jobsite safety

• Is at least 18 years old

• Has reliable transportation to assigned work locations

Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required! We're more interested in finding the right person who is motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.
