Job Description

Licensed Occupational Therapist (PRN) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Outpatient Locations with hours: Broad Street (and surrounding clinics)

Compensation

$55.00 to $65.00/hr (based on experience, location, schedule, etc.)

Benefits for Per Diem/Part-time Teammates (start within 30 days)

• 401(k) with company match
• PTO + CEU Funds (must work at least 20 hrs/week to be eligible)

What We Look For

• License or pending license as an Occupational Therapist in the treating state
• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Experience treating upper extremities required
• Interest in pursuing CHT cert when eligible (if not already obtained)
• Team player
• Eagerness to grow & learn
