Job Overview Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract Registered Respiratory Therapist in Everett, Washington. Job Details Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Responsibilities Monitor and treat patients with temporary or chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, pneumonia, bronchitis or emphysema. Patients range from premature infants with undeveloped lungs to elderly patients with diseased lungs. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Benefits & Compensation Travel bonus: $600 Day 1 health insurance with United Healthcare PTO plan – accrue starting day 1; use during contract or cash out at the end Guaranteed stipend if facility cancels Extra hourly bonus for working over contracted hours Guaranteed hours Benefits start day 1 Pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax‑free stipend to be determined.
