Job Description

As a licensed optician you will help lead luxury stores to success by creating and maintaining a strong clientele. You will consistently offer an exceptional experience, surpassing expectations in service and sales, and assist the store manager in ensuring quality control compliance.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Maintain extremely high sales and service standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to build and maintain a loyal clientele.
• Expertly guide customers in selecting frames and lenses best suited to their lifestyle, wardrobe, prescription (Rx) and price needs.
• Demonstrate flawless precision in taking and recording measurements, adjusting glasses, and executing detailed tasks.
• Ensure glasses meet impeccable precision standards of luxury services.
• Understand and support all luxury sales policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor managers and associates.
• Represent the vision, mission and values of Luxottica Retail; celebrate victories; lead by example.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma State license or certification from a nationally recognized optician association 2+ years of experience in luxury service sales Knowledge of current optical theory and practices Sales environment experience Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay Range: - 35.76 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
