Are you skilled in administrative support and front office reception? Nexeo HR is looking for an Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join our internal team in Las Vegas, NV.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in office support and customer service who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this role, you will support daily front office operations by managing incoming calls, assisting candidates, and providing essential administrative supportallowing the recruiting team to stay focused on their recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities:

Answer high-volume incoming calls for multiple offices and route candidates appropriately

Assist candidates over the phone and in person with general inquiries

Manage candidate flow within the office to ensure an organized and efficient process

Support onboarding tasks and assist with required documentation

Ensure candidates are fully registered before being sent to recruiters

Update candidate status in internal systems and maintain accurate records

Provide excellent customer service to all candidates and visitors

Support payroll processes including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment

Basic administrative and computer skills

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Professional and friendly demeanor

Pay:

$17.00$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday Friday | 3040 hours per week

Work Environment

This position is in-office within the Las Vegas, NV area

This position operates in a professional office environment with no specialized physical demand
