CNC Swiss Set-Up Machinist - Cleveland, OH - JOB 26-00313
Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HR Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits
Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift (4x10 Schedule, Monday - Thursday)

Seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Set-Up Machinist Operators to join a premier manufacturing team on the east side of Cleveland.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform full set-ups and operations on CNC Swiss machines (Citizen L or M series preferred).
Work with exceptionally small, high-precision parts requiring tight tolerances.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary offset adjustments to ensure part quality.
Read and interpret technical blueprints and job specifications.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production run.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of CNC Set-Up and Operation experience (specifically Swiss-style machining).
Technical Skills: Proven ability to set up Citizen Swiss (L or M) machines is highly preferred.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to work with micro-components and maintain strict quality standards.
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or formal Machinist Training/Apprenticeship.
Reliability: Ability to work the designated 10-hour shift schedule.
Solid verbal and written communication skills

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
