This is a full-time opportunity with a clean, modern manufacturing facility that produces recycled plastic lumber products used for outdoor furniture, fencing, and other applications. The role involves assembling components using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools, with opportunities to learn different areas of production.

Employees may also have the opportunity to cross-train on CNC or extrusion operations based on performance and business needs. We're looking for someone with manufacturing experience, familiarity with hand and power tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Spanish-English bilingual candidates are a plus, but applicants must be comfortable working in a predominantly Spanish-speaking environment.

The position offers day and night shifts, a rotating two-week schedule, opportunities for overtime, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).
