The Jason Stoviak Agency is a locally owned Farmers Insurance agency and a Top 10% agency nationwide. We’re proud of our growth, but even more proud of how we’ve grown — by educating clients, building long-term relationships, and doing the right thing.

We are seeking a motivated Agent in Training who is eager to learn the insurance business with the long-term goal of agency ownership. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, high integrity, and a desire to grow both personally and professionally within a top-performing national agency.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced agents to learn insurance products and processes
- Participate in client conversations, policy reviews, and sales activities
- Learn how to analyze coverage needs and clearly explain recommendations
- Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills
- Assist with policy applications, endorsements, and claims processing
- Gain exposure to agency operations and business development

- Must hold or obtain Property, Casualty, Life Health insurance licenses
