Take your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist into an engaging setting working with Transitional Kindergarten and Pre-K students. This full-time, contract opportunity allows you to make a genuine difference, supporting early learners as they develop foundational language and communication skills. Located near Rosedale, IN, the school is seeking a dedicated therapist who excels in an in-person environment and is passionate about working with young children during critical stages of their academic and social growth.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
• Experience or a strong interest in working with early childhood populations
• Familiarity with school-based therapy models and IEP procedures
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver speech and language therapy to Transitional Kindergarten and Pre-K students in an in-person setting
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs
• Screen and evaluate students for speech, language, and communication delays or disorders
• Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed
• Provide resources, strategies, and support to teachers and caregivers to reinforce language development
• Maintain compliance with all school, state, and federal requirements
