About the Role:

Beam is looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Operations Manager to help bring our campaigns, product launches, retail initiatives, and creative projects to life. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this person will play an important role in turning marketing plans into action - keeping projects moving, connecting teams, organizing assets, and coordinating the many details behind a successful launch.

The Marketing Operations Manager will work across nearly every area of marketing, collaborating with Creative, Brand, Growth, Retention, Retail, Product, Operations, and external partners. From major product launches and retail initiatives to photoshoots, events, and PR gifting, this role offers hands-on experience and a front-row seat to how a fast-growing wellness brand brings ideas to market.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, retail initiatives, and creative projects
• Translate approved briefs and timelines into organized Asana projects, keeping owners, deadlines, dependencies, and project information current
• Keep projects moving by following up on deliverables, connecting stakeholders, and proactively flagging risks or missing information
• Help maintain marketing calendars, launch trackers, status updates, and shared resources that keep the broader team aligned
• Manage the day-to-day organization of Beam's digital asset library in Air, ensuring approved assets are properly uploaded, tagged, categorized, and easy to find
• Coordinate creative and packaging review cycles by gathering feedback, documenting next steps, and tracking approvals
• Help bring photoshoots and content productions to life by coordinating products, samples, shot lists, schedules, and final asset handoffs
• Partner with the influencer team to coordinate product mailers and PR boxes, including gathering materials, tracking inventory, supporting assembly, and coordinating shipments

Who You Are:

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, creative operations, or a related role; relevant internship experience may also be considered
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and deadlines moving at once
• Proactive and dependable, with the confidence to follow up, ask questions, and flag potential issues early
• Experience using Asana or another project-management platform; experience with Air or another digital asset-management platform is a plus
• Proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar
• A clear, collaborative communicator who enjoys working with different teams and external partners
• Excited to roll up your sleeves, learn quickly, and contribute to both high-visibility launches and the behind-the-scenes work that makes them successful
