Job Requisition ID #26WD94819Position OverviewWe’re looking for a Director of Fusion Growth Marketing and Operations to lead and integrate our growth strategy across marketing, revenue operations, and go-to-market execution. This role sits at the center of growth - owning both ecommerce revenue and the operational systems that turn interest into predictable revenue.You will be responsible for scaling Fusion’s growth engine, with accountability for ecommerce performance, conversion efficiency, and marketing-sourced revenue. This role requires a leader who can set strategy, define metrics, and build infrastructure - while remaining hands-on and execution-focused as we scale.ResponsibilitiesOwn Fusion’s end-to-end growth marketing and operations strategy, with accountability for ecommerce revenue, pipeline generation, conversion performance, and marketing-sourced revenueDesign and execute multi-channel growth strategies across digital, content, lifecycle, partnerships, and events to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified demandArchitect and optimize the full growth funnel - from first touch through revenue - establishing clear KPIs, benchmarks, and feedback loops at each stageBuild and scale growth operations infrastructure, including CRM workflows, and partner closely with Analytics teams to provide insights and performance metricsPartner closely with sales, product, and leadership to align on revenue targets, ICP definition, segmentation, and go-to-market prioritiesLead major launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives as integrated programs that drive measurable business impactOwn marketing and growth budget planning, allocation, and ROI measurement; continuously optimize spend based on performance insightsDrive experimentation and growth initiatives to improve acquisition efficiency, activation, retention, and expansionBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth marketing and operations team as the organization scalesMinimum Qualifications6-8+ years of experience across growth marketing, B2B ecommerce and demand generation, and/or revenue or marketing operations with 4+ years of leadership experienceProven track record owning pipeline, revenue influence, or growth targets in a B2B environmentStrong systems thinker with deep experience in funnel design, attribution, forecasting, and performance analyticsAn AI-native leader who establishes how AI is embedded into growth strategy, team workflows, and decision-making to drive scale and efficiency.Experience building and scaling growth engines that combine marketing strategy, execution, and operational rigorComfort operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator in fast-moving environmentsDemonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teamsExperience leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels and stages of the buyer journeyExcellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to translate data into clear business decisionsAbout Autodesk Fusion Autodesk is built on a culture of trust, unity, and bold thinking—where accountability and outcomes matter, and people are empowered to lead. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $159,000 and $284,350. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
