To learn more about Uphold, please visit Essential Duties and Responsibilities Own and evolve the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Enterprise products that embed blockchain technology into third-party products. Deeply understand partner pain points through data, support tickets, user interviews, and direct partner feedback, and translate those insights into product decisions. Partner with design, engineering, compliance, and customer success to ship features that meaningfully improve the customer experience. Use AI tools extensively to accelerate research, prioritization, documentation, and analysis — fluency in AI-assisted workflows is expected. Utilize LLMs to generate prototype applications and experiences in order to accurately communicate your vision. Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories that keep the customer at the center. Define success metrics and instrumentation for widgets/embedded experiences; monitor performance and iterate post-launch. Drive cross-functional alignment and clear stakeholder communication (problem framing, tradeoffs, sequencing, rollouts). Ensure scalable, consistent solutions (component reuse, UX standards, API contracts, and documentation that reduces integration friction). Required Qualifications and Skills 1–3 years of experience in product management, engineering, or customer service (or equivalent role with product ownership and feature delivery responsibility). The ability to create user-facing product experiences (web/mobile/embedded) — ideally widgets, portals, or integration-heavy UX. A genuine obsession with customer experience — you think in journeys, not system flows. Strong written product craft: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder communications. Comfortable working with technical concepts: APIs, webhooks, authentication, integrations, and edge cases (you should be able to code with an LLM’s help). Ability to operate well in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action and iteration. Strong attention to detail: At the end of your resume, add a section that describes an impactful embedded financial services experience and why you chose to include it.
