What You'll Do: 

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure all client shifts are consistently and appropriately staffed
• Communicate with caregivers to fill open shifts, manage schedule changes, and maintain accurate availability records
• Monitor daily schedules, proactively resolving call-offs, late arrivals, and coverage gaps with timely replacements
• Serve as the primary contact for scheduling needs, supporting both clients and caregivers with prompt, professional communication
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance while providing on-call support and flexible availability to address after-hours staffing needs and urgent coverage gaps

What You'll Need: 

• Must be 18 years or older
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related field preferred
• One year of home care scheduling experience required
• Home Care experience required
• Previous CNA experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
