Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team at Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing as a Receptionist!
Are you dependable, professional, and welcoming with excellent organizational skills? Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to be the first friendly face our residents, families, and visitors see. You'll play a key role in creating a warm and supportive environment for all who enter our long-term care facility.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist callers with information or questions
- Greet families and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage filing, mail sorting, and basic cash handling
- Operate office machines and maintain organization at the front desk
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience (required)
- Proficiency with phones, faxing, filing, and basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Schedule:
Weekdays Mon.- Fri. (4 PM-8 PM)
