Sales Manager – St. Louis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
St. Louis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram—now part of a rapidly expanding automotive group—is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to help lead our newly acquired location. This is a rare opportunity to step into a store with strong leadership support, excellent inventory resources, and the ability to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Manage daily showroom operations and customer experience
- Desk deals efficiently while maximizing gross and customer satisfaction
- Leverage multi-store inventory to improve sales opportunities
- Partner with the General Manager to set goals and hit forecasted targets
- Monitor performance metrics and maintain accountability across the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive Sales Manager or GSM experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Experience with CRM and desking software
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives
- Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills
