Outpatient | Flexible Schedule | Weekends

Schedule Options: Part-time, Full-time, or Per-Diem
4-hour or 8-hour shifts available | Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm
Light call: ~1 week every 3–4 months

About the Role

St. Gianna Medical Group is seeking an experienced OB provider to join our outpatient team. This role focuses on caring for OB patients in a supportive, collaborative environment with telemedicine incorporated as needed.

Work 4 days per week and still qualify for full benefits .

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $225,000 – $300,000/year (based on experience)
• Performance bonus up to $20,000 annually

Responsibilities

• See approximately 25–30 patients per day
• Provide outpatient OB care
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform exams and manage treatment plans
• Prescribe medications as appropriate
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR
• Provide patient education and preventive care

Qualifications

• Active California license
• FNP, PA, MD, DO, or OB-GYN
• OB experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
• EHR proficiency
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
