Specialty Representative, Migraine - Marietta, GA

Field-based specialty sales role focused on migraine therapeutics in the Marietta, GA territory. The representative will execute brand strategy, manage assigned accounts, and drive sales performance while building customer relationships and maintaining clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and achieve sales performance targets, KPIs, and financial objectives in assigned territory
• Develop call plans, manage pre-call objectives, post-call evaluations, and handle customer objections to close sales
• Build trusted customer relationships by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and expectations
• Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, disease state, clinical data, and customer segments with sales leadership
• Identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speaker advocates to enhance brand performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred
• Five or more years pharmaceutical/health/science industry experience if bachelor's degree not held
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safe driving requirements
• Proven sales performance track record and strong presentation skills
• Satisfaction of healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements for assigned territory
• Ability to quickly adapt selling approach based on customer behavior and operate in matrix environment
• Proficiency with business tools and demonstrated strategic and critical thinking capabilities
