Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and meet forecasts through in-person and virtual calls to healthcare providers and mental health centers
• Develop product and disease state knowledge for clinical discussions with healthcare professionals
• Create local strategic and tactical plans with accountability for budget management
• Maintain market awareness and share customer and influencer intelligence with internal stakeholders
• Manage administrative tasks including call data, expense reporting, and training completion

Requirements

• Minimum two years healthcare sales, account management, or business-to-business sales experience
• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record
• 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
• Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar disorder sales experience highly preferred
• Strong passion for improving patient and caregiver outcomes
• High integrity and ethical conduct
