ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

Our agency opened in 2021 and is a close-knit team of four who work together toward shared goals every day. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years as a State Farm team member, and I’ve been in the insurance world since I was 16 years old. That lifelong experience gives me a deep understanding of the business and a strong appreciation for what it takes to build a successful, supportive office. I’ve been married for almost 20 years and have two boys. We’re also a military family, so commitment, teamwork, and resilience are values that are very important to me and shape the way I lead the agency. Our team members earn PTO monthly, with up to 15 days available, and have access to top-producer bonuses, as well as weekly and monthly prizes based on performance. We also offer annual production bonuses, licensing reimbursement, and after 90 days, we cover life, disability, and hospital supplemental policies. Our culture is built around teamwork. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
