We are seeking a Concrete Service Lead to help lead and coordinate the daily activities of our Customer Service field team. This position will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Field Operations Team and serve as a key field leader supporting the day-to-day operation of the department.
The role combines field leadership, customer interaction, inspections, scheduling, quality control, and problem solving and will include both field and office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and support the daily activities of field service technicians
· Assist with scheduling, work assignments, materials, and manpower
· Conduct jobsite inspections and determine appropriate repair solutions
· Meet and communicate with builder customers regarding service needs
· Provide technical direction and support to field technicians
· Inspect completed work for quality and proper completion
· Help keep service work organized and moving on schedule
· Communicate field conditions and customer concerns to the Customer Service Manager
Service work includes concrete chipping, patching, grinding, floating, skim coating, saw cutting, crack repair, removal and replacement, surface correction, finishing, epoxy coatings, and other foundation and flatwork repairs.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with solid concrete or residential construction experience who combines field knowledge with leadership, organization, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, but we are also interested in experienced construction professionals who are ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
