Accounting Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK (Yale Campus)
Schedule: Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Exempt)
Pay Range: $87,000 – $120,000/year
Relocation: Possible (if eligible)

Role

The Accounting Manager oversees financial accounting operations for Saint Francis Health System and affiliates, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with GAAP, and efficient management of accounting functions while leading a team of accounting professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations (GL, AP, cash management, fixed assets, reconciliations)
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Oversee journal entries, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes
• Coordinate annual audits and prepare required documentation
• Manage tax reporting and financial analysis
• Supervise and mentor 10–15 accounting staff
• Maintain and improve accounting systems and internal controls
• Support leadership with financial reporting and special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting – Required
• Supervisory/leadership experience
• Strong reconciliation and financial reporting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• CPA certification
• Healthcare accounting experience (5 years preferred; less considered with healthcare exposure)

Key Skills

Financial analysis, GAAP compliance, budgeting, audit coordination, leadership, strong communication, and high attention to detail.
