DevOps Engineer

Senior AWS Software & DevOps Engineer — Hands-On Startup Role

We're a fast-moving technology startup looking for a Senior AWS Software & DevOps

Engineer who wants to build, not manage from the sidelines.

This is a combined Software Engineering and DevOps role. We're a small, highly

technical team, and DevOps isn't a separate department—it's directly embedded in

our software development lifecycle and engineering team.

This is a 100% hands-on-keyboard role.

Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.

You'll design and build backend services, create and maintain cloud

infrastructure, automate deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and work side-

by-side with our software engineers throughout the entire SDLC.

Python - Must have

? AWS CDK and CloudFormation

? Bitbucket Pipelines / CI/CD

? API Gateway

? AWS Lambda

? RDS

? DynamoDB

? SQS

? AWS IoT Core

? Cognito

? S3

? Serverless and event-driven architectures

? Backend software development and APIs

We're looking for someone senior enough to own problems end-to-end, but who still

loves writing code, building infrastructure, digging through logs, improving CI/CD,

troubleshooting production systems, and figuring things out.

Because we're a small company, there is no wall between development and

DevOps. The same engineers who build our products help architect, deploy, operate,

monitor, and improve them. You'll be an integral part of that team. xhyhwjd

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure, real

responsibility, and the ability to learn, grow, and have a direct impact on the

products and technology we build.

Location: Hazlet, NJ

Schedule: Full-time, in-office 5 days per week

If you're an experienced AWS engineer who enjoys both software development and

cloud infrastructure—and would rather build things than talk about building

things—we'd love to meet you
