We are hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide end‑of‑life care to patients in their homes in the Monroeville, PA area. What You’ll Do Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Respond to patient needs by performing urgent assessments, managing symptoms and pain, and providing compassionate end‑of‑life support in real time. Support and guide patients and families during weekends and crisis situations, ensuring they feel informed, reassured, and cared for throughout the hospice journey. Apply strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to coordinate care needs, respond to changing patient conditions, and maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation. Work independently, but never alone. Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory. Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care; hospice experience preferred.
