Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth virtual skin assessments using provided technology and client-provided imagery. Develop customized skincare routines and treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals. Provide expert advice and education on product ingredients, usage, and skincare best practices via video calls, email, and chat. Guide clients through virtual application techniques for skincare products and treatments. Monitor client progress remotely, offering adjustments and ongoing support to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate and confidential client records within the company's CRM system. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in skincare technology, ingredients, and virtual consultation methods. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on virtual service offerings and product efficacy. Achieve key performance indicators related to client engagement, retention, and virtual consultation effectiveness. Contribute to the creation of educational content for online platforms, such as blog posts, tutorials, and FAQs. Requirements A recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an Aesthetician or Skincare Specialist. Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating common and complex skin concerns. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms for virtual consultations (e.g., Zoom, Skype, CRM software). A strong understanding of online client management and building trust remotely. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
