Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Pay, Benefits & Perks Competitive pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 21.00 for each billable client hour worked 20.00/hour paid for all non-billable during training and administrative time as a BT and 15.00 for all non-billable during training and administrative time as an RBT.
