WHAT WE OFFER $22–$29 per hour 30 hours per week Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM– 12:30 PM Bonus Opportunities Generous PTO Career Advancement Opportunities Supportive clinical and administrative team Opportunities for professional growth and development YOUR ROLE As an RBT with Beyond Core Therapy, you will: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and accurately document data on client progress Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Active RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (if applicable) Valid CPR & First Aid certification Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Physical and TB clearance since the location for the job is in a Daycare Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus — but we're also interested in RBTs who are motivated to learn and grow!
