Level: Associate | Class Years 2019–2024 Practice: Project Development & Finance Sonder Consultants is working with an elite US law firm seeking associates to join its Project Development & Finance practice in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading team advising on sophisticated, high-value projects and financing transactions in the US and internationally. The Role Associates will have the opportunity to work across complex project development and financing matters, with exposure to major transactions involving sponsors, lenders, investors and other key stakeholders. The practice offers high-quality cross-border work and significant responsibility as associates progress. The Candidate The team is considering associates from class years 2019–2024. Candidates should have relevant experience in project development, project finance or a closely related finance practice gained at a highly regarded law firm. Strong academics, excellent drafting and transaction management skills, and the ability to operate effectively on sophisticated matters are essential.
