Mitigation ManagerPrior to applying, you must be able to relocate to Avon, CO where some relocation assistance will be provided.Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mitigation Manager to oversee and coordinate water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects. This leadership role is essential to ensure jobs are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards—while maintaining an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and mentor a team of mitigation techniciansOversee all aspects of mitigation projects, from damage assessment to completionConduct job site inspections and develop detailed mitigation plansEnsure compliance with OSHA safety standards and IICRC guidelinesMaintain clear and consistent communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractorsTrack project timelines, costs, and resource allocations to stay within budgetTrain new technicians on safety, best practices, and customer service expectationsMaintain and monitor inventory, tools, and equipmentPrepare accurate documentation and reporting for insurance and internal recordsCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions between mitigation and reconstruction phasesQualifications:3–5 years of experience in mitigation or restoration (water, fire, mold)Proven leadership experience in construction, service, or restoration industriesIICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying (preferred)First Aid/CPR certificationSolid understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and mitigation techniquesStrong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management toolsValid driver's license and clean driving recordWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and performance incentivesOngoing training and certification supportA team-oriented culture committed to excellenceOpportunities for advancement in a growing organization
