Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your current certification throughout your tenure.
