Kanazeh Lawn Service is hiring Landscape Crew Members to assist with landscaping and property improvement projects across the Lansing area. This role focuses on landscape installation, outdoor labor, and maintaining clean, professional job sites.

What Youll Do

Perform landscape installation including mulch, plants, edging, and bed preparation
Assist with site preparation and cleanup
Transport materials and equipment
Operate landscaping tools safely
Support team members in completing projects efficiently
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow company safety procedures at all times

What Were Looking For

Previous landscaping, outdoor labor, or construction experience preferred
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong reliability and teamwork
Valid drivers license may be required depending on job duties
Willingness to learn and follow direction

Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift.

Compensation & Benefits

$18.00 $24.00 per hour based on experience

Full-time, seasonal
Typical hours: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM

Work Classification
This position may be structured as either an employee or independent contractor role in accordance with applicable state and federal guidelines. Classification will be determined based on role responsibilities and working relationship.
