As a Line Cook, you will prepare and cook menu items following recipes, maintain a clean and organized station, and support smooth kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure consistent quality and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Assist teammates to ensure efficient kitchen flow
- Prior cooking experience preferred but training available for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food preparation and safety
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand for extended periods, push/pull up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
