Requirements Big Four Public Accounting Experience: 2-4+ years in Big Four, ideally with fund accounting or financial services focus, ensuring solid grounding in public fund audits and rev rec complexity tied to fund structures. Strong Analytical & Detail Orientation: High attention to detail required to manage complex expense allocations, reconcile management and incentive fees, and handle heavy email traffic with independent problem-solving and appropriate escalation.
