Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist:
• Process bi-weekly payroll and review timecards, adjustments, and payroll data
• Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain employee records in Paycom
• Generate HR and payroll reports and support audits and compliance efforts
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and leadership on HR and payroll matters


Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist:
• 3-5 years of payroll and HR administrative experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Paycom
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
