What You’ll Do As a cross‑functional collaborator, the Product Manager will contribute to the ThrivePass product team by overseeing the day‑to‑day management and strategic roadmap of core ThrivePass product(s). Bring fresh ideas to the table—we’re all about innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Build, evangelize and execute the quarterly and annual product roadmap that aligns with the overall strategy of the department and company goals. Lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and optimization of the assigned product(s) by setting objectives and key results. Collect customer feedback and market insights, then articulate problems and business needs into well‑written product requirements. Maintain and prioritize backlog based on business and customer impact. Closely collaborate with engineering teams to continuously deliver quality features. Perform thorough UAT & curate release notes. What You Bring A drive to innovate in employee benefits and make complex processes feel effortless. A team‑first attitude—we thrive when we collaborate. Accountability – you set clear expectations and you follow through. Must Haves 2–5 years of experience managing and building software products from conception to launch. Preferred experience in the benefits industry. Excellent at reconciling customer needs with business objectives. Passionate about product management and fast‑paced Agile environments. Strong writer and communicator, able to distill complex, often conflicting or incomplete information into clear action plans. Enjoy collaborating with leadership, engineering, design, sales, and customer support. Strong intuition backed by data on users and market trends.
