This role is responsible for translating business strategy into executable product outcomes while partnering across technology, operations, investment management, compliance, and product leadership teams.The Senior Product Manager will own a significant product capability area, drive prioritization decisions, manage complex dependencies, and ensure delivery of scalable trading solutions that support advisors, clients, and discretionary investment programs. The ideal candidate combines deep trading and wealth management expertise with strong product leadership, stakeholder influence, and Agile execution experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionOwn a strategic Trading Platform domain and contribute to long-term product vision, roadmap development, and investment prioritizationPartner with Product Managers and business leaders to define product strategy and measurable business outcomesEvaluate business opportunities, client needs, market trends, and operational challenges to shape future platform capabilitiesDevelop business cases and recommendations that drive executive decision-makingProduct Ownership & ExecutionLead backlog strategy and prioritization across one or more Agile teamsDefine and communicate product requirements, business rules, workflows, and acceptance criteriaDrive execution from discovery through delivery, implementation, and production stabilizationEnsure alignment between roadmap commitments, business objectives, and engineering capacityServe as the primary product decision-maker for assigned capabilitiesTrading Platform LeadershipProvide subject matter expertise across trading workflows, order management, execution management, portfolio management, model implementation, rebalancing, and advisor servicing capabilitiesLead design and implementation of platform capabilities supporting discretionary and advised investment solutionsPartner with architecture and engineering teams to define scalable, API-first platform capabilities and integration patternsDrive modernization initiatives that improve trading efficiency, scalability, resiliency, and client experience Stakeholder & Cross-Functional LeadershipInfluence senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Investment Management organizationsFacilitate alignment across multiple delivery teams and business functions to resolve competing priorities and dependenciesCommunicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership audiencesBuild consensus and drive decisions in highly matrixed environmentsDelivery, Risk & GovernanceEstablish success metrics and performance indicators for product capabilitiesIdentify delivery, operational, and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategiesEnsure solutions meet business, regulatory, resiliency, and operational expectationsSupport production incidents, escalations, and continuous improvement initiativesDrive release planning and execution across multiple teams and stakeholder groupsWhat you haveRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in Product Management, with demonstrated ownership of complex digital or platform productsStrong trading domain knowledge (e.g., order lifecycle, execution, allocations, compliance, advisor or client trading workflows)Proven experience delivering products using Agile / Scrum methodologiesExposure to AI‑enabled features or data‑driven product capabilitiesAbility to lead without authority in a highly matrixed organizationStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skillsExperience writing detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaPreferred QualificationsExperience with wealth management, advisory, or brokerage platformsExperience building or modernizing API‑driven platforms and integrationsFamiliarity with large‑scale transformation initiatives and legacy platform modernizationExperience with Order Management Systems, trade allocation, rebalancingIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.Job SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-121682Posted Date: 10 hours ago(8/4/2026 11:58 AM)Category: Product & Project ManagementSalary Range: USD $105,600.00 - $175,000.00 / YearApplication deadline: 8/10/2026Position Type: Full time
