Inventory Specialist

Overview Job Title: Inventory Specialist (IS) Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday-Friday, 8-5. Pay: $16/hr (Eligible for a raise to $18-20/hr at the 3-month mark if converted as a permanent employee with client) Start date: ASAP - as soon as background check and drug test are completed Responsibilities The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. Document vehicle condition within company standards, including a complete inventory and supporting photographs of each vehicle. Work entirely outside at the yard and receive vehicles for inventory and online auction preparation. Upon vehicle arrival: clean it out (not a full detail), remove personal items and trash, vacuum, and ensure it is presentable. Run a checklist with Copart handheld MI devices to document the car’s status, condition, make, model, etc. Take specific images of the car to be publicly listed for auction. Required/Preferred Qualifications Experience with strong leadership, communication, and ability to build lasting client relationships. Proven ability to manage complex inquiries and organize inventory processes. Must be comfortable working completely outside.
