Retail and Events Manager

ZINTEX Remodeling is one of the fastest growing home improvement companies in the country (#62 in the Qualified Remodeler Top 500). We are expanding our services into the retail and shows/events space in in and around Davenport, IA.

: We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and money motivated Regional Events/Shows + Retail Store (Costco/Sam's Clubs) Marketing Manager, to oversee our Davenport, IA area market.

Responsibilities :

• Work with our HR Manager/Recruiter to recruit, hire and train Retail Sales Representatives to work with our retail partners and at regional shows and events to set appointments with potential customers.
• Report directly to our Director of Marketing who will train and coach you.
• Drive throughout the market area to set up/tear down and work certain Events and Shows, as well as check in on Retail Store staff.
• Hold Brand Ambassadors accountable to hitting KPI metrics (such as number of appointments set, demos per hour worked)

Qualifications :

• Able to work on Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), but you would have 2 Weekdays off
• Reliable vehicle that we would pay both mileage and reimburse for fuel
• Someone who enjoys speaking with potential customers in person
• Minimum 1 year of working or managing teams in a Retail and/or Events/Shows setting
• Home improvement experience strongly preferred
• Coachable individual eager to learn
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Windows based applications
• Excellent computer skills
• Professional communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Salary : Starting at $55,000 per year + commission based on store and shows/events team performance.
