They engage with customers at the service counter and move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor. Cleaning and maintaining proper food safety standards are critical to the team's success. What you’ll do Work in our deli, bakery, or dry grocery department to provide excellent customer service, ensuring products are well‑presented, stored safely, and that customers can find what they need. Front‑line customer service at the deli counter, answering questions and preparing orders. Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce. Work in the bakery to decorate cakes and help celebrate special moments. In the dry grocery department, help customers locate items and maintain clean, organized shelves. Perform detailed cleaning of shelves and departments, check and maintain temperature control, verify dates, and dispose of lower quality food products. Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays. What you’ll bring Help customers find products they need and ensure high quality across all departments. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
