Job Summary:

Provide specialized interventional radiology services supporting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate and troubleshoot advanced imaging equipment such as the Discovery 740 IGS.
  
  
• 
  Assist with procedures including biopsies, drain insertions, angiograms, and line placements.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and sedation levels during procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech EMR system.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to facilitate efficient workflow.
  
  
• 
  Prepare and maintain procedures rooms and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold at least 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist, specifically in interventional radiology.
  
  
• 
  Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with procedural areas and moderate sedation.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive and outgoing personality.
  
  
• 
  Credentialed in Meditech (preferred).
  
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and handle call responsibilities effectively.
