Recruitment Coordinator

Manhattan based financial research firm seeks a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to support a Talent Acquisition team. This is a coordinator with a few years of experience, ideally with some campus recruitment experience. Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote Hours: 8:30-5 Requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring teams, both virtual and campus interviews Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process Source and screen potential candidates Assist with the offer process Update and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records Compile and follow up on post-interview feedback and generate reports Assist with recruitment analytics and metrics Support onboarding processes in collaboration with HR and IT Help create and proofread job descriptions Manage the recruitment inbox Attend campus and recruitment events, as needed Qualifications 1-2 years of experience within a recruiting or HR team in a professional services or financial services firm Bachelor's degree required ideally in business, Human Resources or related studies Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred (Workday and Handshake a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
