Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency room nursing care to patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver prompt and effective treatment while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' conditions and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and observe patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately in medical records.

Qualifications:

• Current licensed Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
• Minimum of two years of emergency room nursing experience.
• Proficient in emergency assessment, triage, and clinical procedures.
• BLS and ACLS certification required, PALS preferred.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
