As we head into the new year, we’re partnering with a well-established NATIONAL general contractor in the Fort Myers area that is looking to add a Project Manager to support municipal, government, and public-sector construction projects .

This role is ideal for a well-rounded Project Manager who enjoys managing complex work, collaborating with public agencies, and working closely with field teams to deliver quality projects safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing day-to-day operations of municipal and public-sector projects

• Coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams

• Tracking schedules, budgets, and project documentation

• Supporting preconstruction efforts, estimating, and value engineering

• Ensuring compliance with public agency requirements and safety standards

• Communicating effectively with owners, inspectors, and internal leadership

Ideal Background:

• Experience managing public, municipal, or government-funded projects

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment
